I went in expecting to be a bit lost and thought it might be one of those annoying trips where nobody really helps. But the staff were actually really nice and helped me find what I needed quickly. I never felt rushed, which I appreciated, because that can easily ruin the whole experience

I’ve noticed the deals come around often enough that I usually just wait a bit before buying. It ends up making my books a lot cheaper, which is always nice.

Shipping was really cheap, which I appreciated. Everything went smoothly, and I didn’t have any issues, so I’d feel comfortable ordering again...

My order from seagullbook.com showed up on time, which was great, but the packaging was average. The books came in a mailer without much padding, and one of the corners ended up a little bent. Nothing was totally ruined or anything, but I do wish it had been packed a bit more carefully. Overall, not a terrible experience, just something that could be better.
